Body Alignment will develop flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination while practicing proper alignment techniques. Body Alignment will support other movement practices by restoring and strengthening the body, increasing range of motion, and paying attention to the architecture of the body.

Class will be led by Holly Fishman-Matthews, MFA in Dance and certified yoga instructor. She has taught dance at Eastern Michigan University among other places, and recently taught contact improvisation at the Ontario Regional Contact Jam in Toronto and at HNM Dance in Windsor. She teaches flamenco at Kenville Studios (Ann Arbor) and is a Lead Affiliate Artist with People Dancing.
